Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Wonder & Wild does not accept any responsibility for children during their time with us. 

For health and safety reasons, outdoor shoes, food and drink are not permitted in the play area. Socks must be worn by everyone inside the play area. 

Poor behaviour will not be tolerated at Wonder & Wild. By attending Wonder & Wild you are agreeing to ensure that children you are supervising play nicely with others, or you may be asked to leave without a refund.  

Any accidents or injuries that occur during your time at Wonder & Wild must be reported to a member of staff immediately. 

Any broken or unsafe props and equipment must be reported to a member of staff immediately. 

Wonder & Wild cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your time with us. 

Prams should be folded down where possible and stored in the designated pram area to the front of the premises.

Severe allergies cannot be catered for due to the potential of cross-contamination in our kitchen. Any allergies must be reported to a member of staff on arrival at Wonder & Wild. 

Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed. Please get in touch to discuss alternative arrangements for specific dietary requirements. 

Play sessions will end promptly at the stated time, at which time you will be expected to leave the premises so we can prepare for the next session.  

Play sessions will start promptly at the stated time. Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated session to allow us time to set-up. 

Please ensure that children treat props with respect and ask them not to put things in their mouth due to the risk of choking on small objects. Adults must supervise children under the age of 3 at all times.

Please avoid taking pictures of other children due to privacy concerns. Wonder & Wild cannot be held responsible for any images shared by customers. 

Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited at Wonder & Wild. 

All bookings and deposits are non-refundable.  

Unaccompanied adults will not be allowed to enter Wonder & Wild for a play session.
